There is currently an issue with the mobile wallet application.
Sometimes, failing to send MBC or showing incorrect balance have occurred on the mobile wallet and the developers are working on it now.
The issue has been posted on Github so please check there for any updates https://github.com/MicroBitcoinOrg/MobileWallet/issues/1
In the meantime, if you want to send MBC in another method or find your MBC, try out the solution below
What you have to do when your mobile wallet is not working properly
Open your mobile wallet and click the menu button
Click Clear transaction cache and see if it shows the correct balance.
If it still shows an incorrect balance, import your wallet into the web wallet to find your MBC
- You have to toggle your private keys to import your wallet to the web wallet, Use the mnemonic converter to toggle the private keys: https://microbitcoinorg.github.io/mnemonic/
Go to the link above and fill in your recovery phrase in the first blank BIP39 recovery phrase
Scroll down and then you can see the Derived Addresses section. Check to see if the addresses are coinciding with your previous addresses. If the addresses are not the same as your previous address, you filled in an incorrect recovery phrase.
If the addresses are the same as your previous address, copy the private keys of the addresses.
And then open the web wallet: https://microbitcoinorg.github.io/wallet/
Import your wallet on Open by key
